Dr. Jessica Griffin, the executive director of UMASS Healthcare School’s Child Trauma Training Center, joined “Outnumbered Extra time” host Harris Faulkner Wednesday to go over the recent uptick in domestic violence situations and surging divorce charges as a final result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Authorities around the world have reported rising cases of abuse as a result of COVID-19 lockdowns. Griffin explained that spike could be attributed to higher prices of compound use and the extra worry of being trapped at property.
